Calibre’s Graeme Walker has taken another successful bite out of the Apple training programme after passing his certified technician exams.
The news is the latest training success for fast growing Calibre, which has also secured the Cisco leading supplier awards, the Express Security Specialisation – NGFW, and Advanced Core and WAN Specialisation. This saw the firm join a select group of companies worldwide who have the specialisations, one of the network giant’s highest levels of recognition.
Graeme’s AppleCare Technician certification confirms his product knowledge and expertise in troubleshooting and the repair of desktop and portable Mac systems including iMac and MacBook Pro.
His skills also covers identifying and resolving common OS X problems, and using Apple Service and Support products and practices to effectively repair Apple hardware.
The success follows investment in training by Calibre in its engineering team to enable them to deliver the highest level of satisfaction among the company’s Apple’s customers, further strengthening its position as a leading technology solutions supplier.
Calibre will now be progressing its partnership with Apple on the ACN program that sees closer partnering around initiatives such as mobility for education and new business development in cooperation with the Eldon Square store business team.
Karen Nelson, managing director at Calibre, said: “Congratulations to Graeme on his success – it’s a big achievement and thoroughly well deserved.
“It shows the strength and depth of his Apple expertise and product knowledge and is a further step on our path towards securing one of the most skilled and talented engineering support teams in the North East.”Posted by Calibre Web Team Posted on 30 Jun
