Calibre’s managing director has added to the firm’s roster of industry leading qualifications after passing her Apple certified technician exams.
The move is another training boost for fast growing Calibre and follows Graeme Walker’s recent success in securing the same award.
AppleCare Technician certification status confirms Karen’s product knowledge and expertise, notably expertise in troubleshooting and the repair of desktop and portable iMac and MacBook Pro systems.
She’s also proven her skills in identifying and resolving common OS X problems, and using Apple Service and Support products and practices to effectively repair Apple hardware.
The success is part of training strategy that sees Calibre investing in its engineering team to enable to deliver the highest level of satisfaction among the company’s Apple’s customers, further strengthening its position as a leading technology solutions supplier.
Calibre will now be progressing its partnership with Apple on the ACN program that sees closer partnering around initiatives such as mobility for education and new business development in cooperation with the Eldon Square store business team.
Steve Nelson, operations director at Calibre, said: “Karen’s success shows the strength and depth of his Apple expertise and product knowledge.
“It’s the latest step on a continuous our journey to secure one of the most skilled and talented engineering and technical support teams in the North East.”Posted by Calibre Web Team Posted on 02 Sep
